Tamlyn Magee is a musician and multi-disciplinary artist living on Djiringanj country in the Bega Valley. She recently completed a Bachelor of Arts (Music), emerging with a focus on music production as well as social and environmental activism. Tamlyn has worked as a performer in a diverse range of projects, from solo shows to the highly collaborative ‘Songs from Yuin Country’, and as musical director for community theatre projects alongside choreographer/director Mica Mahani. She has also worked extensively behind the scenes, producing numerous one-off creative events in the Bega Valley. In 2021 and 2023 she was co-artistic director for Candelo Village Festival, and regional co-ordinator for Bob Brown Foundation’s campaign for native forests in 2024.
