Geoffrey Badger is a composer, conductor and music educator based in the Bega Valley. He is an experienced teacher of music in both primary and secondary schools, as well as in many community-based music programs.  He was the founder and director of the Heartsong sacred music choir, the Bega Chamber Orchestra, the Bega Valley Youth Choir, and the annual South Coast Music Camp.

He also leads Springsing, an annual gathering of community choirs from South East NSW. He has composed works for numerous community choral and orchestral groups and independent musicians, including music for the opening of two Four Winds Festivals and scores for shows by fLing Physical Theatre. 

Currently Geoffrey is the musical director of the Riverbend Choir and the Bega Valley Male Voice Choir, performing widely at local events including at the Wanderer Festival in 2022 & 2023.
